The Best Powder Coating in the Industry

Prior to coating, our steel uprights are sandblasted to achieve a surface profile that paint can really stick to. After sandblasting, they are sprayed with a zinc-rich primer, then they are powder coated, and finally they are cured in a 400° oven. The curing process formulates a protective skin and promotes adhesion of the coating.

If any part of your crossbars rusts within 3 years of the initial purchase date, we will replace that piece free of charge.

• The height of our crossbars is 6” above the side rails of your truck

• Our crossbars measure 3" wide x 1.5" high

• Holes are provided in our uprights for mounting of hi-lift jacks

• A set of two bars weighs 41 lbs

• Load rating is 300 lbs dynamic and 800 lbs static, per set of two bars

• Includes two crossbars, four uprights, and all mounting hardware

Tonneau covers are available in a wide range of models, variations, and styles. The list is so vast, that we cannot guarantee fitment of every available tonneau cover.

We will offer guidance and assistance in any way that we can, but ultimately the fitment of our rack/crossbar system with your tonneau cover, is the responsibility of the purchaser.

These crossbars will NOT FIT if your factory Tacoma Accessory Rails have been relocated or removed. If you have a Tacoma with relocated Accessory Rails, click here.

Pro-X Crossbars ship in two boxes, one box for the uprights, one box for the extrusions, you will receive tracking numbers for both. If your extrusions don’t arrive within a day or two of the uprights, contact us and we’ll give you a tracking update.
